This license terminates when you delete Your Content from our Service.

• Your Content does not violate any intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other rights of any person or entity
• Your Content does not contain any content that is illegal, harmful, obscene, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable

The Service and its original content (excluding Your Content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of AIGenerator.baby and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.

Generated Baby Images

The baby images generated by our Service are for personal, non-commercial use only. You may share these images on social media or with friends and family, provided you acknowledge they were created using AIGenerator.baby.

You agree not to use generated baby images in a way that:

• Misleads others into believing the images are photographs of real babies
• Causes harm or distress to others
• Violates any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringes on the rights of any third party

We reserve the right to remove any generated content that we believe violates these terms.
